Maternal Mental Health

 

Are you pregnant. or did you recently have a baby and you’re not sure why you are so anxious or sad?  People often say this is supposed to be the best time in your life but it doesn't feel that way.

 Perinatal and Postpartum  depression and anxiety disorders affect approximately 1 in 7 childbearing women.  These feelings can be overwhelming and make you feel like you did something wrong.  You did nothing wrong and I can help you to feel better.
