Group Therapy

Many people find group therapy to be very helpful. In groups I work with several people who have a common struggle. Groups can be a powerful experience to feel understood by others and learn with each other. I offer several groups, some are time limited and some are open ended.

Empowerment for Girls- A support group for teen girls.

My Sister's Keeper- A support group for Black women.

Mama's Little Baby- A group for new moms. Group is for 12 weeks.
