Individual Therapy


I provide individual psychotherapy to  women and teen girls who are experiencing sadness, anxiety or self doubt.  Psychotherapy offers an opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery that will help you with these challenges.   I will provide you with empathetic listening and feedback in a safe and non-judgmental environment that will encourage and foster the process of change. 

I provide each person with a unique therapy experience. I  will work with you  to help you to make the positive changes you need to make in order to lead a fulfilling and happy life.  A  main goal  of therapy is to learn  healthier coping skills to deal with life's  problems.  Whether you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you are ready to move in a new direction in  life. I would be honored to assist you in achieving your goals.


Therapy for Women

 Women  especially women of color often struggle with sadness, isolation, worries, and trauma.  However as a woman you're often expected to be able to hold everything together.  It's hard to hold things together when you feel like you're falling apart inside.   You need to set aside time to take care of yourself, remember if you don't love and take care of yourself you can't take care of anyone else.    I provide a safe   space for women to  openly share their hopes, dreams, fears and thoughts .    I'm here to help you overcome your struggles.  


Therapy for Teen Girls

Being a teen girl can be very difficult.  Whether your daughter is suffering with binge eating, social anxiety, difficulty making friends, anxiety or depression I'm here to help .  I help girls find new ways to cope so they can live their best life.
